上向水平分层充填法采场结构参数优化的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 山东某金矿平均倾角30°,下盘岩性稳固,但某些区域存在局部石墨矿化和节理发育问题。上盘围岩较破碎,蚀变、石墨化严重,整体稳定性差,采用上向水平分层采矿法进行开采。矿体开采过程中存在冒顶片帮等问题,严重威胁工人安全。本文采用FLAC3D对4种采场结构参数进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:随着矿房宽度的增加,采场附近塑性区逐渐增加,采场顶板位移逐渐增大,最大主应力逐渐增大。采用管缝式锚杆和树脂锚杆联合支护,可以有效控制顶板和两帮的变形,减少应力集中。模拟结果为该金矿采场结构参数的确定提供了理论支撑。 The average dip angle of a gold mine in Shandong is 30o,and the lithology of the footwall is stable,but there are local graphite mineralization and joint development problems in some areas.The surrounding rocks of the hanging wall is relatively broken,with severe erosion and graphitization,and the overall stability is poor.The upward horizontal layered mining method was adopted for mining.There were problems such as roof falling and rib spalling in the mining process of ore bodies,which seriously threatened the safety of workers.FLAC3D was used to simulate and analyze the four stope structure parameters.The results show that with the increase of the width of the stope,the plastic zone near the stope increases gradually,the displacement of the stope roof increases gradually,and the maximum principal stress increases gradually.The combined support of pipe joint bolt and resin bolt can effectively control the deformation of roof and two sides and reduce stress concentration.The simulation results can provide a theoretical support for the determination of the structural parameters of this gold mine.
