全尾砂高效活化搅拌技术及均质化膏体充填特性研究 被引量:1

Study on Efficient Activation Stirring Technology of Full Tailings and Filling Characteristics of Homogenized Paste

摘要 为实现高浓度均质化膏体充填,以某矿为例,借助Solidworks和Fluent数值分析软件模拟了一段式刚性叶片+柔性链条组合方式下搅拌桶内浆体的运动全过程,揭示了均质充填体形成的内在机理。结合半工业试验,优化制备高浓度均质化充填浆体搅拌桶的应用参数,并验证搅拌的均质化效果。结果表明:胶固料进入搅拌桶后,能均匀地分散在尾砂浆中。为保证高浓度均质化充填料浆的形成,搅拌参数的设置应遵循搅拌料浆质量浓度不超过72%,搅拌频率需维持在45 Hz以上的原则。一段式刚性叶片+柔性链条组合的搅拌工艺不仅能制备出高浓度均质化的充填料浆,而且充填后充填体的泌水率和沉缩率均小于5%,确保了充填料浆长距离输送过程中不会离析,且井下充填体的强度满足矿山生产的需求。 In order to realize the high-concentration homogeneous paste filling,taking a mine as an example,the whole process of slurry movement in the mixing barrel under the combination of one-stage rigid blade+flexible chain was simulated by Solidworks and Fluent numerical analysis software,and the internal mechanism of homogeneous filling body formation was revealed.Combined with the semi-industrial test,the application parameters of the stirring barrel for preparing highconcentration homogeneous filling slurry were optimized and the homogenization effect of stirring was verified.The results are drawn as follows.Firstly,after the rubber solid material entering the mixing barrel,it can be evenly dispersed in the slurry.Secondly,in order to ensure the formation of high-concentration homogeneous filling slurry,the setting of stirring parameters should follow the principle that the concentration of stirring slurry should not exceed 72% and the frequency of mixer should be maintained above 45 Hz.Thirdly,the mixing process of one-stage rigid blade+flexible chain can not only prepare highconcentration homogeneous filling slurry,but also make the bleeding rate and shrinkage rate of filling body after filling less than 5%,which ensures that the filling slurry will not be isolated during long-distance transportation,and the strength of underground filling body meets the needs of mine production.
