益气活血通络方对糖尿病视网膜病变患者血糖及炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe on blood glucose and inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探究益气活血通络方对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血糖及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年5月潍坊医学院附属医院收治的80例DR患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各40例。对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予益气活血通络方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)]水平及炎症因子[血清C肽、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]水平。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清FBG、2 h PBG、HbAlc水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组血清FBG、2 h PBG、HbAlc水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清C肽、血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组血清C肽水平均高于治疗前,血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组血清C肽水平高于对照组,血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通络方可有效降低DR患者血糖和炎症因子水平,改善血管微循环和临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe on blood glucose and inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 80 patients with DR admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxy benzenesulfonate,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose[FBG],postprandial 2 h blood glucose[2 h PBG],glycosylated hemoglobin[HbAlc])and inflammatory factors(serum C-peptide,tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-1β[IL-1β])before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the serum FBG,2 h PBG and HbAlc levels between the two groups;after treatment,the serum FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlc levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum C-peptide,serum TNF-αand IL-1βlevels between the two groups;after treatment,the serum C-peptide levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,serum TNF-αand IL-1βlevels were lower than those before treatment,and serum C-peptide level in treatment group was higher than control group,serum TNF-αand IL-1βlevels were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and inflammatory factors,improve vascular microcirculation and clinical symptoms in patients with DR,and the effect is significant.
