综合手法治疗乳腺恶性肿瘤术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of comprehensive manipulation in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast malignant tumor surgery

目的探讨综合手法治疗乳腺恶性肿瘤术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2020年4月本院收治的206例乳腺恶性肿瘤术后上肢淋巴水肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组103例。对照组采用常规弹力绷带压迫方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予综合手法治疗,比较两组治疗前后患肢臂围变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患肢臂围小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为98.06%,明显高于对照组的90.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合手法治疗乳腺恶性肿瘤术后上肢淋巴水肿效果显著,可缓解患肢臂围肿胀,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive manipulation in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast malignant tumor surgery.Methods 206 patients with upper limb lymphedema from January 2017 to April 2020 treated in our hospital after surgery for breast malignant tumor were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 103 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional elastic bandage compression,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive manipulation on the basis of the control group.The changes of arm circumference of the affected limbs before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the arm circumference of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.06%,which was significantly higher than 90.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive manipulative treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast malignant tumor surgery has obvious effect,can alleviate the swelling of the arm circumference of the affected limb,and has high application value.
