采用自动痔疮套扎器治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ级痔疮效果及术后疼痛情况分析

Analysis of the effect and postoperative pain of using automatic hemorrhoid ligation device for treating gradeⅡto Ⅲ hemorrhoids

目的探讨采用自动痔疮套扎器治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ级痔疮效果及术后疼痛情况。方法选取2019年6月至2020年10月本院收治的60例Ⅱ~Ⅲ级痔疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组行传统外剥内扎手术,观察组采取自动痔疮套扎器进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、围手术期指标(手术时间、疼痛时间)、术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、并发症发生情况。结果两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。观察组手术时间、疼痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后VAS评分为(2.81±0.72)分,低于对照组的(5.63±0.81)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采取自动痔疮套扎器治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ级痔疮患者疗效确切,操作简便,可缩短患者疼痛时间,缓解疼痛程度,具有一定的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and postoperative pain of automatic hemorrhoid lasso in the treatment of gradeⅡ-Ⅲhemorrhoids.Methods 60 patients with gradeⅡ-Ⅲhemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation,and the observation group was treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation device.The clinical efficacy,surgical indexes(operation time,operation pain time),postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.The operation time and pain duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was(2.81±0.72),which was lower than(5.63±0.81)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups.Conclusion The automatic hemorrhoid lapping device is effective and easy to operate in the treatment of gradeⅡ-Ⅲhemorrhoids,which can shorten the pain time and relieve the pain degree,it has certain safety and is worthy of clinical application.
