新生儿重症监护病房极低出生体质量儿发展性照顾方法及其临床疗效

Developmental care methods and clinical efficacy for very low birth weight infants in neonatal intensive care units

目的探讨新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)极低出生体质量儿发展性照顾方法及其临床疗效。方法选取2018年11月至2021年6月本院收治的74例极低出生体质量儿作为研究对象,其中2018年11月至2019年6月入院的患儿为对照组,2019年7月至2021年6月入院的患儿为实验组,每组37例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用发展性照顾,比较两组护理相关指标及护理前后生长发育情况。结果实验组平均睡眠时间长于对照组,恢复正常体质量时间、达到全肠内喂养时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组体质量、头围、身长比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,两组体质量高于护理前、身长均长于护理前,头围均大于护理前,且实验组体质量高于对照组、身长长于对照组,头围大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在NICU应用发展性照顾护理极低体质量儿,可缩短恢复正常体质量时间及达到全肠内喂养时间,延长睡眠时间,促进患儿身体正常发育,护理应用价值高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the developmental care methods and clinical efficacy of very low birth weight infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods A total of 74 very low birth weight infants admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,children admitted from November 2018 to June 2019 were the control group,and those admitted from July 2019 to June 2021 were the experimental group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received developmental care,the nursing related index and growth and development before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results The average sleep time in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,and the time to return to normal body mass and total enteral feeding time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in body mass,head circumference and body length between the two groups;after nursing,the body weight,body length and head circumference of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the body weight of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the body length was longer than that in the control group,and the head circumference was greater than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of developmental care in NICU for very low body weight infants can shorten the the time to return to normal body mass,reach the total enteral feeding time,extend sleep time,and promote the recovery of normal body weight,head circumference and height of children,the nursing application value is high,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
