Clinical study of Bascom surgery in the treatment of pilonidal sinus

目的分析Bascom术在藏毛窦治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1—12月本院收治的40例藏毛窦患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各20例。对照组采用常规开放式手术,治疗组采用Bascom术,比较两组术后切口疼痛及恢复情况、临床疗效、并发症发生率和复发率。结果治疗组数字分级评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组,住院时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6、12个月,治疗组复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bascom术治疗藏毛窦疗效显著,可缓解患者疼痛,加快创面愈合速度,住院时间短,且复发率较低,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of Bascom surgery in the treatment of pilonidal sinus.Methods 40 patients with pilonidal sinus admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the treatment group was treated with Bascom surgery,the postoperative incision pain,recovery,clinical efficacy,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative numerical rating scale(NRS)score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay and wound healing time were shorter than that in the control group,the differenc-es were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing rate in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3,6 and 12 months after operation,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bascom surgery is effective in the treatment of pilonidal sinus,which can relieve pain,accelerate wound healing,shorten hospital stay,and has low recurrence rate and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
