崩漏汤在围绝经期异常子宫出血治疗中的应用

Application of Benglou decoction in the treatment of abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding

目的探讨崩漏汤在围绝经期异常子宫出血治疗中的应用。方法选取2019年3至2021年3月本院收治的80例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为单一组和联合组,每组40例。单一组给予地屈孕酮治疗,联合组在单一组基础上联合崩漏汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分、子宫内膜厚度及月经情况、临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组经血淋漓、神疲气短、四肢不温、色淡清稀积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组经血淋漓、神疲气短、四肢不温、色淡清稀积分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组内膜厚度薄于治疗前,且联合组薄于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组月经量明显少于单一组,血红蛋白水平高于单一组,月经周期短于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于单一组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论崩漏汤联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血效果显著,可降低患者中医症状积分,改善子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of Benglou decoction in the treatment of abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the single group and the combined group,with 40 cases in each group.The single group was treated with desdrogesterone,and the combined group was treated with Benglou decoction on the basis of the single group,the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score,endometrial thickness before and after treatment and menstrual status,clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of menstrual bleeding,short breath,warm limbs and light and clear color between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of menstrual bleeding,shortness of breath,warm limbs and light and clear color of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups;after treatment,the intima thickness of the two groups was thinner than before treatment,and the combined group was thinner than the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual volume in the combined group was significantly less than that in the single group,the level of hemoglobin was higher than that in the single group,and the menstrual cycle in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bengliao decoction and dydrogesterone has remarkable effect in the treatment of abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding,which can reduce the score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms,and improve the thickness of endometrium and the level of sex hormones,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
