苦参止带汤熏洗联合达克宁栓对复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者症状及用药安全性的影响

Effect of Kushen Zhidai decoction fumigation combined with dactyline suppository on symptoms and drug safety of patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis

目的探讨苦参止带汤熏洗联合达克宁栓对复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者症状及用药安全性的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月本院收治的106例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组53例。对照组给予达克宁栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合苦参止带汤熏洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、复发情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.45%,高于对照组的75.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组黏膜充血、外阴瘙痒、白带增多、排尿痛临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月结果,观察组复发率为5.66%,低于对照组的20.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论苦参止带汤熏洗联合达克宁栓治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者,不仅可有效增强治疗效果,还能加快其体征症状消失时间,降低患者复发率,不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kushen Zhidai decoction fumigation combined with dactyline suppository on symptoms and drug safety of patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis.Methods 106 patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dactyline suppository,and the observation group was combined with Kushen Zhidai decoction fumigation on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,duration of disappearance of clinical symptoms,recurrence and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.45%,which was higher than 75.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of mucosal congestion,vulvar pruritus,increased leucorrhea and dysuria in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.66%,which was lower than 20.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Kushen Zhidai decoction fumigation combined with dactyline suppository in the treatment of patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis not only effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,but also accelerate the duration of clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,less adverse reactions,high safety,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
