结直肠癌患者的凝血指标和肿瘤标志物与临床病理特征的关系

Relationship between coagulation indexes and tumor markers and clinicopathological features in patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨结直肠癌患者的凝血指标和肿瘤标志物与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2018年5月至2021年4月本院收治的70例结直肠癌患者作为观察组,另选取同期于本院进行健康体检的70名健康者作为对照组。两组均检测凝血指标及肿瘤标志物,比较两组凝血指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D二聚体]、肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、细胞角质蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)]。结果观察组PT、APTT、TT均短于对照组,D-二聚体、FIB水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CEA、CA242和CYFRA21-1水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝血指标和肿瘤标志物联合诊断结直肠癌患者准确率较高,能有效反映其临床病理特征,为结直肠癌诊断和治疗提供有效依据。

Objective To investigate the relationship between coagulation indexes and tumor markers and clinicopathological features in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 70 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group.Another 70 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Coagulation indexes and tumor markers were detected in the two groups,the coagulation indexes(prothrombin time[PT],activated partial thromboplastin time[APTT],thrombin time[TT],fibrinogen[FIB],D-dimer),tumor markers(carcinoembryonic antigen[CEA],carbohydrate antigen 242[CA242],cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1[CYFRA21-1])were compared between the two groups.Results The PT,APTT and TT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the levels of D-dimer,FIB were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CEA,CA242 and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of coagulation index and tumor markers in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer patients have high accuracy,can effectively reflect the clinicopathological features,and provide an effective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
