热毒宁联合阿奇霉素对支原体感染患儿血清炎症因子及心肌酶水平的影响

Effects of reduning combined with azithromycin on the levels of serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzymes in children with mycoplasma infection

摘要 目的探究热毒宁联合阿奇霉素对支原体感染患儿血清炎症因子及心肌酶水平的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年6月本院收治的76例支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组38例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合热毒宁治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间及住院时间、炎症因子水平、心肌酶水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组CK、AST、LDH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体感染患儿疗效确切,可明显缩短患儿症状持续时间及住院时间,降低血清炎症因子水平及心肌酶水平,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of reduning combined with azithromycin on serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme levels in children with mycoplasma infection.Methods A total of 76 children with mycoplasma infection admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the lottery method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with reduning on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time,inflammatory factor level and myocardial enzyme level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 78.95%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever disappearance time,cough disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αof the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of creatine kinase(CK),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of CK,AST and LDH of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduning combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of children with mycoplasma infection,it can significantly shorten the duration of symptoms and hospitalization time,and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzymes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
