银杏酮酯滴丸联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对患者神经功能与生命质量的影响

Clinical efficacy of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on neurological function and quality of life of patients

目的探讨银杏酮酯滴丸联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对患者神经功能、生命质量的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月本院收治的143例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为单用组(n=73)与联用组(n=70)。单用组给予阿司匹林治疗,联用组给予银杏酮酯滴丸联合血栓通治疗,比较两组神经功能、生命质量及血液流变学。结果治疗前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且联用组低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生理评分、心理评分、总分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组生理评分、心理评分、总分均高于治疗前,且联用组高于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组红细胞积压、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组红细胞积压、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度均低于治疗前,且联用组低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯滴丸联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,能明显缓解患者神经功能损伤,提高其生命质量,改善血液流变学,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on neurological function and quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 143 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into single treatment group(n=73)and combined treatment group(n=70)according to different treatment methods.The single treatment group was given aspirin,and the combined treatment group was given ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with Xueshuantong,the neurological function,quality of life and hemorheology were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores between the two groups;after treatment,the NIHSS scores of two groups were lower than before treat-ment,and combined treatment group was lower than single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in physiological score,psychological score and total scores between the two groups;after treatment,the physiological score,psychological score and total score of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in red blood cell backlog,whole blood hypoviscosity and plasma viscosity between the two groups;after treatment,red blood cell backlog,whole blood hypoviscosity and plasma viscosity of two groups were lower than before treatment,and combined treatment group was lower than single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with Xueshuantong are effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can significantly relieve the neurological injury,improve the quality of life and improve hemorheology of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
