妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清25-羟基维生素D和血管内生长因子与早发型重度子痫前期的相关性研究

Correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D,vascular endothelial growth factor and early-onset severe preeclampsia in patients with gestational hypertension

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]、血管内生长因子(VEGF)与早发型重度子痫前期(EOSP)的相关性。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月本院收治的100例子痫前期患者作为研究对象,根据患者的临床表现分为子痫前期组(n=35)、EOSP组(n=42)、晚发型重度子痫前期(LOSP)组(n=23)。检测3组血清25-(OH)D、VEGF、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10及IL-18水平及Ca^(2+)浓度,分析血清25-(OH)D及VEGF的水平变化与EOSP的相关性。结果EOSP组血清25-(OH)D、VEGF水平及Ca^(2+)浓度均明显低于子痫前期组及LOSP组,且LOSP组低于子痫前期组,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EOSP组血清IL-6、IL-18水平明显高于子痫前期组和LOSP组,IL-10水平明显低于子痫前期组及LOSP组,且LOSP组血清IL-6、IL-18水平明显高于子痫前期组,IL-10水平明显低于子痫前期组,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,血清25-(OH)D、VEGF水平与EOSP呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论血清25-(OH)D、VEGF水平越低,EOSP发生率越高,提高妊娠期高血压患者血清25-(OH)D、VEGF水平对预防EOSP的发生具有一定价值。

Objective To explore the correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D(25-[OH]D),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and early-onset severe preeclampsia(EOSP)in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with preeclampsia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 and February 2021 were enrolled as the research subjects,and they were divided into preeclampsia group(n=35),EOSP group(n=42)and late-onset severe preeclampsia(LOSP)group(n=23)according to clinical manifestations.The levels of serum 25-(OH)D,VEGF,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10 and IL-18,and concentration of Ca^(2+)among the three groups were detected,the correlation between serum 25-(OH)D,VEGF levels and EOSP was analyzed.Results The levels of serum 25-(OH)D,VEGF and Ca^(2+)in EOSP group were significantly lower than those in preeclampsia group and LOSP group,and the LOSP group was lower than the preeclampsia group,the differences were statistically significant among the three groups(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-18 in EOSP group were significantly higher than those in preeclampsia group and LOSP group,the level of IL-10 was significantly lower than that in preeclampsia group and LOSP group,and the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-18 in LOSP group were significantly higher than those in preeclampsia group,the level of IL-10 was significantly lower than that in preeclampsia group,the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum 25-(OH)D and VEGF levels were negatively correlated with EOSP(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion The lower the levels of serum 25-(OH)D and VEGF,the higher the incidence of EOSP,which indicate that 25-(OH)D and VEGF have certain predictive value for EOSP in patients with gestational hypertension.
