甲硝唑联合保妇康栓或重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository or recombinant human interferonα-2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探究甲硝唑联合保妇康栓或重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1—12月本院妇产科门诊收治的342例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为3组,各114例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗;在对照组基础上,观察组1联合保妇康栓治疗,观察组2联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,比较3组临床疗效、阴道分泌物清洁度、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组1、观察组2治疗总有效率均高于对照组,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1、观察组2治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组1、观察组2阴道分泌物清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度占比均高于对照组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ度占比均低于对照组,3组阴道分泌物清洁度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1、观察组2阴道分泌物清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度、Ⅲ~Ⅳ度占比比较差异无统计学意义。观察组1、观察组2不良反应发生率均低于对照组,3组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1、观察组2不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。观察组1、观察组2复发率均低于对照组,3组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1、观察组2复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论甲硝唑联合保妇康栓或重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎效果确切,可明显提高阴道分泌物清洁度,降低不良反应发生率及复发率,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository or recombinant human interferonα-2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 352 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into three groups according to different treatment methods,with 114 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,on the basis of the control group,the observation group 1 was treated with Baofukang suppository,and the observation group 2 was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b,the clinical efficacy,vaginal secretion cleanliness,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than that of the control group,and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the total effective rates between observation group 1 and observation group 2.After treatment,the proportion ofⅠ-Ⅱdegree of vaginal secretion cleanliness in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was higher than that in control group,and the proportion ofⅢ-Ⅳdegree of vaginal secretion cleanliness in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was lower than that in control group,there was significant difference in vaginal secretion cleanliness among the three groups(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the proportion ofⅠ-Ⅱdegree andⅢ-Ⅳdegree of vaginal secretion cleanliness between observation group 1 and observation group 2.The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was lower than that in control group,and there was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group 1 and observation group 2.The recurrence rates of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were lower than that of control group,and the difference of recurrence rate among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between observation group 1 and observation group 2.Conclusion Metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository or recombinant human interferonα-2b is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis,it can significantly improve the cleanliness of vaginal secretions and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
