摘要
目的探究阿奇霉素治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效及对患儿C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2021年3月本院收治的100例上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用头孢拉定治疗,实验组采用阿奇霉素治疗,两组均配合利巴韦林治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床指标消失时间、不良反应发生率及治疗前后C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、血清前白蛋白(PA)水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间、扁豆体红肿消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CRP、PCT、PA水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组CRP、PCT水平均低于治疗前,PA水平高于治疗前,且实验组CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组,PA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗儿童上呼吸道感染效果显著,可降低患儿血清CRP水平及不良反应发生率,加快患儿恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of azithromycin in upper respiratory tract infection and its effect on C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in children.Methods 100 children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefloradine,the experimental group was treated with azithromycin,and both groups were treated with ribavirin,the clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and CRP,procalcitonin(PCT)and serum prealbumin(PA)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fever reduction,cough disappearance,throat pain disappearance and lentil swelling disappearance in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in CRP,PCT and PA levels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of PA was higher than before treatment,and the levels of CRP and PCT in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PA was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin has an effective effect on upper respiratory tract infection in children,which can reduce the serum CRP level and the incidence of adverse reactions in children,and accelerate the recovery of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
