地奥司明片联合麝香痔疮栓对患者痔疮术后并发症的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of diosmin tablets combined with musk hemorrhoids suppository on postoperative complications of hemorrhoids

目的探讨地奥司明片联合麝香痔疮栓对患者痔疮术后并发症的疗效。方法选取2019年10月至2021年4月本院收治的82例痔疮术后患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用地奥司明片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合麝香痔疮栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、临床相关症状及肛门功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.32%,低于对照组的26.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、出血评分、水肿评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组VAS评分、出血评分、水肿评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肛门功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明片联合麝香痔疮栓治疗痔疮术后患者效果确切,可显著改善患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,改善肛门功能,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of diosmin tablets combined with musk hemorrhoids suppository on postoperative complications of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 82 patients after hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the coin toss method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diosmin tablets,and the observation group was treated with musk hemorrhoids suppository on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,complication rate,clinical related symptoms and anal function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 70.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.32%,which was lower than 26.83%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS)score,bleeding score and edema score between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of VAS,bleeding and edema of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosmin tablets combined with musk hemorrhoids suppository is effective in the treatment of patients after hemorrhoid surgery,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve pain,improve anal function,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
