血清免疫球蛋白检验在肝衰竭诊断中的应用分析

Application of serum immunoglobulin test in the diagnosis of liver failure

目的分析血清免疫球蛋白检验在肝衰竭诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的32例肝衰竭患者纳入研究组,另选取同期于本院进行体检的32名健康者纳入健康组。两组均行血清免疫球蛋白检验,比较两组血清免疫球蛋白指标[IgA、IgM及IgG]水平及研究组发病1~10 d与发病31~45 d时IgA、IgM及IgG水平。结果研究组IgA、IgM及IgG水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发病31~45 d,研究组患者IgA、IgM及IgG水平均高于发病1~10 d时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清免疫球蛋白检验在肝衰竭诊断中具有较高的应用价值,能帮助肝衰竭患者了解其自身的免疫功能状态及病情发展状态,为患者临床治疗及预后评估提供有效的参考依据。

Objective To analyze the application value of serum immunoglobulin test in the diagnosis of liver failure.Methods 32 patients with liver failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were included in the study group,and 32 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the health group.Serum immunoglobulin test was performed in two groups,and the levels of serum immunoglobulin indexes(IgA,IgM,IgG)were compared between the two groups,as well as the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the study group at 1-10 d and 31-45 d after the onset of disease.Results The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the study group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the study group were higher than those 1-10 d and 31-45 d after the onset of disease,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum immunoglobulin test has high application value in the diagnosis of liver failure.it can help patients with liver failure understand their own immune function status and disease development status,and provide effective reference for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation of patients.
