纯钛合金与钴铬合金支架式可摘局部义齿修复对牙列缺损患者咀嚼功能的影响

Influence of restoration using removable partial denture frameworks fabricated with pure titanium and Co-Cr alloy on masticatory function in patients with dentition defects

摘要 目的探究纯钛合金与钴铬合金支架式可摘局部义齿修复对牙列缺损患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2020年1月于本院进行义齿修复的71例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,按患者所选的支架类型分为纯钛组(n=34,义齿数408颗)与钴铬组(n=37,义齿数333颗)。纯钛组采用纯钛合金支架式可摘局部义齿修复,钴铬组采取钴铬合金支架式可摘局部义齿进行修复,比较两组义齿修复情况、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果纯钛组义齿就位率及咀嚼效率均明显高于钴铬组,调整率明显低于钴铬组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纯钛组不良反应发生率为9.80%,明显低于钴铬组的15.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组义齿美观度比较差异无统计学意义;纯钛组固定功能、发音功能及舒适度等满意度均明显高于钴铬组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纯钛合金支架式可摘局部义齿修复牙列缺损效果明显,可有效提高患者咀嚼效率,降低患者不良反应发生率,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the influence of restoration using removable partial denture frameworks fabricated with pure titanium and Co-Cr alloy on masticatory function in patients with dentition defects.Methods A total of 71 patients with dentition defects who underwent denture restoration in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the pure titanium group(n=34,408 dentures)and the Co-Cr alloy group(n=37,333 dentures)according to the type of framework chosen by the patient.The pure titanium group underwent restoration using removable partial denture frameworks fabricated with pure titanium,while the Co-Cr alloy group underwent restoration using removable partial denture frameworks fabricated with Co-Cr alloy,the situation of denture restoration,the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The denture inplace rate and masticatory efficiency in the pure titanium group were significantly higher than those in the Co-Cr alloy group,and the adjustment rate was significantly lower than that in the Co-Cr alloy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the pure titanium group was 9.80%,which was lower than 15.02%in the Co-Cr alloy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the aesthetic degree of denture between the two groups;the satisfaction of fixation function,pronunciation function and comfort in the pure titanium group were significantly higher than those in the Co-Cr alloy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Restoration using removable partial denture frameworks fabricated with pure titanium is effective in the treatment of dentition defects,it can effectively improve the patients'masticatory efficiency,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with high patient satisfaction,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
