芪精消渴汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床价值

Clinical value of Qijing Xiaoke decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

目的芪精消渴汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床价值。方法选取2018年2月至2020年1月本院收治的100例T2DM患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予口服二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予芪精消渴汤联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、血糖指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药期间不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的8.00%,但组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论芪精消渴汤联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM效果显著,可提高降糖效果,改善患者中医症状,不会增加不良反应发生情况,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Qijing Xiaoke decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods 100 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral metformin,and the observation group was treated with Qijing Xiaoke decoction combined with metformin,the clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom score,blood glucose index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 8.00%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups.Conclusion Qijing Xiaoke decoction combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of T2DM,which can improve the hypoglycemic effect,improve the symptoms of patients with TCM,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
