阶段性目标教学法联合情景模拟演练在神经内科护理教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究阶段性目标教学法联合情景模拟演练在神经内科护理教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年2月至2020年4月本院神经内科53名临床带教护生作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组(n=27)与观察组(n=26)。对照组采用阶段性目标教学法,观察组采用阶段性目标教学法联合情景模拟演练,比较两组学习情况、教学前后考核结果、护生对教学模式的满意度。结果观察组学习兴趣、求知欲、学习积极性与主动性、分析及解决问题能力、评判性思维能力、时间管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组基础知识、专科知识、基础操作、专科操作评分比较差异无统计学意义;教学后,两组基础知识、专科知识、基础操作、专科操作评分均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理教学中应用阶段性目标教学法联合情景模拟演练,可改善护生学习情况,提高考核成绩,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the value of phased target teaching method combined with situational simulation exercise in neurology nursing teaching.Methods A total of 53 clinical nursing students in Neurology department of our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=27)and the observation group(n=26)according to random double-blind method.The control group adopted the phased target teaching method,and the observation group adopted the phased target teaching method combined with situational simulation exercise,the learning situation,the assessment results before and after teaching,and the satisfaction of nursing students with the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of learning interest,curiosity,learning enthusiasm and initiative,analysis and problem solving ability,critical thinking ability and time management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in the scores of basic knowledge,specialized knowledge,basic operation and specialized operation between the two groups;after teaching,the scores of basic knowledge,specialized knowledge,basic operation and specialized operation of the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phased target teaching method combined with situational simulation exercise in neurology nursing teaching can improve the learning situation of nursing students and improve the assessment results,which is worthy of promotion and application.
