Progress in endoscopic treatment and nursing intervention of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

上消化道出血多为上消化道病变所致,少数由胆胰疾病诱发,其中以消化性溃疡引起的出血最为常见。近年来,随着医学模式逐步转变,内镜治疗及护理工作在临床诊疗中的作用日益显现,上消化道出血患者病情发展迅速,其对有效护理的需求更为迫切,探索一套适用于上消化道出血治疗的护理模式是临床关注的重点。本文对上消化道出血内镜治疗及护理干预的研究报道进行整理与归纳,旨在为上消化道出血的临床护理管理提供新的思路。

Most of the upper gastrointestinal bleeding is caused by upper gastrointestinal diseases,and a few of them are caused by biliary and pancreatic diseases,among which the bleeding caused by peptic ulcer is the most common.In recent years,with the gradual change of medical model,the role of endoscopic treatment and nursing in clinical diagnosis and treatment is increasingly apparent.The condition of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding develops rapidly,and the demand for effective nursing is more urgent,how to explore a set of nursing model suitable for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is the focus of clinical attention.This study summarized the research reports on endoscopic treatment and nursing intervention of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,aiming to provide new development ideas for clinical management of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
