多层螺旋计算机断层扫描与数字X射线摄影在胫骨平台骨折中的临床诊断价值

摘要 目的分析多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(MSCT)与数字X射线摄影(DR)在胫骨平台骨折中的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2021年4月本院收治的120例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,均行MSCT、DR检查。观察MSCT、DR对胫骨平台塌陷程度、水平错位程度、Schatzker分型的评估情况。结果MSCT对胫骨平台塌陷的诊断阳性率为50.00%,高于DR的11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MSCT对胫骨平台水平错位的诊断阳性率为58.33%,高于DR的7.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MSCT对胫骨平台Schatzker分型的诊断阳性率为92.50%,高于DR的69.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MSCT可提高对胫骨平台塌陷程度、水平错位程度、Schatzker分型的诊断阳性率,对胫骨平台骨折的临床诊断价值较高。 Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of multidetector-row spiral CT(MSCT)and digital X radiography(DR)in tibial plateau fractures.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2021 were retrospectively selected,and all of them were examined by MSCT and DR.The evaluation of tibial plateau collapse degree,horizontal dislocation degree and Schatzker classification of MSCT and DR were observed.Results The positive rate of MSCT in diagnosing tibial plateau collapse was 50.00%,which was higher than 11.67%of DR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of MSCT in diagnosing tibial plateau horizontal dislocation was 58.33%,which was higher than 7.50%of DR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive diagnostic rate of Schatzker classification of tibial plateau by MSCT was 92.50%,which was higher than 69.17%of DR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT could improve the diagnostic positive rate of tibial plateau collapse degree,horizontal dislocation degree and Schatzker classification,and had high clinical diagnostic value for tibial plateau fracture.
