改良后乳腺癌手术与传统乳腺癌手术治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of modified breast cancer surgery and traditional breast cancer surgery for breast cancer

目的探究改良后乳腺癌手术与传统乳腺癌手术治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的120例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据手术方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组行传统乳腺癌手术,观察组行改良后乳腺癌手术,比较两组围手术期指标、术后并发症发生率及乳房美观程度。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,淋巴结清扫个数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乳房美观总优良率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良后乳腺癌手术治疗乳腺癌疗效确切,其手术时间较短,术中出血量较少,可在一定程度上提高患者的乳房美观程度,且术中并发症发生率低,住院时间短,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified breast cancer surgery and traditional breast cancer surgery for breast cancer.Methods 120 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different surgical methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received traditional breast cancer surgery,and the observation group received modified breast cancer surgery,the perioperative indicators,postoperative complications and breast aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the number of lymph node dissection was more than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate of breast aesthetics in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified breast cancer surgery is effective in the treatment of breast cancer,the operation time is shorter and the intraoperative blood loss is less,it can improve the patients'breast aesthetics to certain extent,and the incidence of intraoperative complications is low and the hospitalization time is short,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
