剖宫产术前试产时间与产后出血的相关性

The correlation between the time of trial delivery before cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage

目的探究剖宫产术前试产时间与产后出血的相关性,为减少产妇产后出血,保障产后措施提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年1月于本院行剖宫产手术的256名产妇的临床资料。记录产妇剖宫产术前试产时间,评估术后产妇和新生儿情况,比较不同人口学资料产妇产后出血情况,分析试产时间和产后出血量的相关性。结果有出血情况产妇与无出血情况产妇不同年龄、类型、试产时间产后出血发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中年龄越大、初产妇、试产时间越长,产后出血率越高。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,试产时间与产后出血量呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论产妇试产时间和出血情况与多种因素有关,试产时间与产后出血情况呈正相关,剖宫产手术前试产时间越长,越易出现产后出血情况,因此,对产前试产的时间应给予一定的干预措施,避免因试产时间过长而造成产后出血,促进产妇顺利生产。

Objective To explore the correlation between the time of trial delivery before cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating measures to reduce postpartum hemorrhage and ensure postpartum.Methods The clinical data of 256 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The time of trial delivery before cesarean section was recorded,and the conditions of parturients and newborns after cesarean section were evaluated,the postpartum hemorrhage of parturients with different demographic data was compared,and the correlation between trial delivery time and postpartum hemorrhage was analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between pregnant women with bleeding and those without bleeding at different age,type,and time of trial labor(P<0.05),the older the age,the longer the parturient and trial labor time,the higher the postpartum hemorrhage rate.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the time of trial labor was positively correlated with the amount of postoperative bleeding(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The time of trial labor and the bleeding of pregnant women are related to a variety of factors,and the time of trial labor is positively related to postpartum hemorrhage,the longer the time of trial labor before cesarean section operation,the more likely postpartum hemorrhage will occur,therefore,certain intervention measures should be given to the time of trial to avoid postpartum hemorrhage caused by too long trial labor time and promote the smooth production of pregnant women.
