磁共振成像诊断膝板股韧带附着区半月板撕裂的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨磁共振成像诊断膝板股韧带附着区半月板撕裂的应用价值。方法选取2021年3月至2022年5月本院收治的64例半月板撕裂患者作为研究对象,膝板股韧带附着区半月板撕裂患者作为A组(n=32),前交叉韧带损伤半月板撕裂患者作为B组(n=32)。两组均接受MRI检查,比较两组膝关节损伤情况、矢状面连续出现层数、横断面长度及磁共振诊断准确性。结果两组膝关节损伤情况比较差异无统计学意义。A组矢状面连续出现层数多于B组,横断面长度长于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组矢状面阳性率、横断面阳性率均明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用磁共振成像诊断膝板股韧带附着区半月板撕裂具有较高的诊断准确度,可在临床中运用推广。 Objective To explore and analyze the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of meniscus tear in the attachment area of knee plate femoral ligament.Methods 64 patients with meniscus tear treated in our hospital from March 2021 to may 2022 were selected as the research subjects,patients with meniscus tear in the attachment area of knee plate femoral ligament were selected as group A(n=32),and patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury with meniscus tear were selected as group B(n=32).Both groups were examined by MRI,the knee joint injury,the number of consecutive sagittal planes,the length of the cross section and the accuracy of magnetic resonance diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in knee joint injury between the two groups.The number of consecutive sagittal planes in the group A was more than that in the group B,and the length of cross section was longer than that in the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sagittal positive rate and cross-sectional positive rate in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy between the two groups.Conclusion The diagnosis of meniscus tear in the attachment area of knee plate femoral ligament by magnetic resonance imaging has high diagnostic accuracy,which can be applied and popularized in clinical practice.
