全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用研究

Application study of automatic blood cell analyzer in blood routine examination

目的探讨全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月于本院进行血常规检验的1000份血液标本作为研究对象,所有血液标本均进行全自动血细胞分析仪检验及血涂片镜检。以血涂片镜检为金标准,分析全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用价值。结果血涂片镜检检出异常(阳性)标本992份,全自动血细胞分析仪检出异常标本987份,两种检查方法阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义。全自动血细胞分析仪阳性预测值为100.00%,阴性预测值为61.54%,灵敏度为99.50%,特异度为100.00%,准确度为99.50%,约登指数为99.40%。结论全自动血细胞分析应用于血常规检验的效果理想,其检验结果与血涂片镜检检验结果相近,可为临床检验工作提供参考。

Objective To explore the application value of automatic blood cell analyzer in blood routine examination.Methods 1000 blood samples for routine blood examination in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.All blood samples were tested by automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear microscopy.The value of automatic blood cell analyzer in blood routine examination was studied with the blood smear microscopy as the gold standard.Results 992 abnormal(positive)specimens were detected by blood smear microscopy,and 987 abnormal specimens were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer,there was no statistical significance in the positive rate between the two examination method.The positive predictive value of automatic blood cell analyzer was 100.00%,the negative predictive value was 61.54%,the sensitivity was 99.50%,the specificity was 100.00%,the accuracy was 99.50%,and the Yoden index was 99.40%.Conclusion The automatic blood cell analysis can play an ideal role in the blood routine test,and the test results are similar to those of blood smear microscopy,which can provide reference for clinical examination.
