城市燃气跨越钢质管道的锈蚀评价及处理方案

摘要 在役城市燃气管道,尤其是钢质管道,随着运行年限的增长,钢管的锈蚀减薄现象将逐渐显现。燃气跨越管道(桥管)多为随桥敷设管道,周边水汽充足,同时存在多处电缆等输电设施,杂散电流较多,容易造成管道锈蚀,影响管道安全运行。因此,定期对在役钢质燃气管道进行检测和评价,并进行必要的修复或改造,才能确保管道运行处于安全受控范围。以深圳市某具体桥管的检测项目为例,介绍了锈蚀检测评价及处理方案,同时给出了相应的修复措施,从而确保管线运行处于安全受控范围。 In-service urban gas pipeline,especially steel pipes,the effect of corrosion in steel pipes is increasingly prominent with the increasing operating life.The gas crossing pipes(bridge pipes)is mostly laid along the bridge.There are sufficient water vapor and many electric transmission facilities such as cables with much stray current,which is easy to cause rusting on pipes and affect the safe operation of the pipeline.Therefore,regular inspection and judgment of in-service gas steel pipes and necessary repairing or reconstruction can ensure that the pipeline operation is under the safe control.Taking the inspection project of a specific bridge pipe in Shenzhen as an example,inspection judgment and treatment schemes of rusting are introduced,and the corresponding repair measures are given to ensure that the pipeline operation is under the safe control.
