西安市对工商用户燃气泄漏报警器的推广应用

The Promotion and Application of Gas Leakage Alarm for Industrial and Commercial Users in Xi’an

随着城市化进程的加快,燃气的普及为居民用户的生活提供了极大的便利。但燃气事故频发,其中工商用户因用气量大,使用频次高,成为保障安全中的重要环节。新《安全生产法》对工商用户安装燃气报警器进行了强制性规定,可见用户安全用气已成为保障人民生命财产的重要因素。通过总结分析西安市工商用户加装燃气报警器的经验与不足,提出了改进办法和管理策略,为城燃企业推广燃气报警器及隐患排查治理提供了一定的借鉴意义。

With the acceleration of the urbanization,the popularity of gas has provided great convenience to the residential users,followed by the frequent gas accidents,among which industrial and commercial users have become an important segment in security due to their large gas consumption and high frequency of use.On September 1,2021,industrial and commercial users should install gas leakage alarm are written into Work Safety Law of China.It can be seen that the safe use of gas has become an important factor to protect people's life and property.This paper summarizes and analyzes the experience and deficiencies of installing gas leakage alarm by industrial and commercial users,and puts forward improvement measures and management strategies.It provides reference for urban gas enterprises to promote gas leakage alarm and investigate potential safety hazards.
