3d和4f配合物的抗癌药物研究进展

摘要 一系列实验表明,人体在吸收3d和4f金属元素后可能会对自身产生一定的副作用,而金属与配体在一定的条件下合成配合物后能显著降低其毒性。因为某些3d和4f金属元素具有一定的抗肿瘤作用而配合物大多兼具金属和配体的功能,使得3d和4f金属配合物作为一种潜在的抗癌剂具有良好的发展前景,寻找更有效、毒性更小、特异性更强的金属配合物是当今主要的研究目标。通过对近几年已报道的3d和4f配合物的系统性研究,本文分析综述了3d和4f配合物的合成方法、主要类型以及配合物的抗肿瘤活性和机制等,以便为后期3d和4f金属配合物的抗肿瘤研究提供参考。 A series of experiments show that the human body may have some side effects on itself after absorbing 3d and 4f metal elements.The toxicity can be significantly reduced by the synthesis of complexes between metals and ligands under certain conditions.Because some 3d and 4f metal elements have certain antitumor effects,and most complexes have the functions of metal and ligand,3d and 4f metal complexes have good development prospects as potential anticancer agents.Nowadays,the main research goal is to find more effective,less toxic and more specific metal complexes.In this paper,the antitumor studies of 3d and 4f complexes were summarized,and their synthetic methods,main types,antitumor activities and mechanisms were reviewed.Furthermore,it provided some references for the application of 3d and 4f complexes in antitumor activity and the research and development of antitumor drugs.
