氢中痕量一氧化碳气体标准物质的研制 被引量:5

摘要 一氧化碳是GB/T 37244-2018《质子交换膜燃料电池汽车用燃料氢气》中规定的一个重要杂质,其会吸附在氢燃料电池的铂催化剂上,导致催化剂中毒从而使电池性能降低。为了能够准确检测氢中含有的痕量一氧化碳、考察分析仪器的检出限和开发氢中痕量一氧化碳的分析方法,需要研制以氢为背景气的痕量一氧化碳的气体标准物质。文中以高纯一氧化碳和高纯氢气为原料,利用重量法和气体微量转移技术制备了含量为0.2×10^(-6)mol/mol氢中一氧化碳气体,通过建立的高精度(GC-FID)分析方法,考察了制备多瓶气体的瓶间一致性,随压力变化的稳定性和长期存放的稳定性,最终确定研制的氢中一氧化碳气体标准物质的相对扩展不确定度小于6%,并成功获批为国家一级标准物质。 Carbon monoxide is an important impurity specified in Fuel Hydrogen for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Vehicles(GB/T 37244-2018).It will adsorb on the platinum catalyst of the hydrogen fuel cell,causing catalyst poisoning and reducing the battery performance.In order to accurately detect trace carbon monoxide in hydrogen,investigate the detection limit of analytical instruments and develop analytical methods for trace carbon monoxide in hydrogen,it is necessary to develop a gas reference material for trace carbon monoxide in hydrogen.Using high-purity carbon monoxide and ultrapure hydrogen as raw materials,carbon monoxide in hydrogen(the amount of substance fraction of 0.2×10^(-6)mol/mol)was prepared by gravimetric method and transfer technique of small amount of gas.Through the established high-precision(GC-FID)analysis method,the value of prepared gas from the consistency between cylinders,from the stability with pressure change in the cylinder and the stability of long-term storage were investigated.Finally,the relative expanded uncertainty of the developed carbon monoxide gas reference material in hydrogen was determined to be 6%,and it was successfully approved as the national first-class reference material.
