摘要
基于多主体价值共创视角,选取81家大型制造业企业作为研究样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析法,探讨组织内、组织间及外部环境3个层面因素的组态效应对公司创业强度的影响机制,得出3种产生高公司创业强度的等效组态,分别为“地利助推型”“人和驱动型”“互动主导型”,并进一步阐释各组态的内涵特征与要素间的作用机制。
Based on the multi-agent value co-creation perspective,81 large-scale manufacturing enterprises were selected as research samples,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method was used to explore the influence mechanism of the configuration effect of three levels of factors within,between and outside the organization on the entrepreneurial intensity of the company.Three equivalent configurations that produce high entrepreneurial intensity are obtained,which are“environmental advantage boosting”,“human advantage driving”and“interaction leading”respectively,and the connotation,characteristics of each configuration and the action mechanism between the elements are further explained.
