无乳链球菌特性及毒力相关因子研究进展

Research Progress on the Characteristics and Virulence Related Factors of Streptococcus agalactiae in Dairy Cow Mastitis

乳腺炎是造成奶牛淘汰,给牧场带来较大经济损失的一种常见疾病。无乳链球菌是引发该病的主要病原体之一,可引起奶牛较高的乳腺炎发病率。因此了解无乳链球菌生物学性状及毒力作用机制十分重要。本文对无乳链球菌的特性和对奶牛养殖业的危害进行了介绍,对无乳链球菌的血清型和基因型进行了阐述,对无乳链球菌的黏附因子、侵袭因子和免疫逃避因子等毒力因子的作用机制进行了探讨。期望通过以上概述能够促进无乳链球菌的防治工作,降低奶牛乳腺炎发病率,促进奶牛养殖业健康发展。

Mastitis is a common disease that causes the elimination of dairy cows and brings great economic losses to pasture.Streptococcus agalactiae is one of the main pathogens causing the disease,which can cause a high incidence of mastitis in dairy cows.Therefore,it is very important to understand the biological characteristics and virulence mechanism of Streptococcus agalactiae.In this paper,the characteristics of Streptococcus agalactiae and its harm to dairy farming were introduced,the serotype and genotype of Streptococcus agalactiae were expounded,and the mechanism of virulence factors such as adhesion factor,invasion factor and immune escape factor of Streptococcus agalactiae was discussed.It is expected that the above summary can promote the prevention and treatment of Streptococcus agalactiae,reduce the incidence of mastitis in dairy cows and promote the healthy development of dairy farming.
