大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析——以山东省临沂市部分奶山羊场为例 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]对山东省临沂市部分地区的奶山羊场进行了患病山羊粪便和组织的大肠杆菌分离鉴定并分析其耐药性。[方法]采集患病奶山羊粪便、血液、肝脏、脾脏组织,胸腹腔及心包腔内浆液性纤维性渗出物等病料68份,送至实验室诊断。经过预处理后,利用分离培养基和生化鉴定方法成功分离出大肠杆菌。[结果]在药敏试验中,发现大肠杆菌对青霉素、链霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星和麦迪霉素等药物表现出较高的耐药性,而对头孢唑林、头孢拉定、头孢他啶和头孢哌酮等药物具有较强的敏感性。细菌多重耐药性分析显示,耐药率超过60%的抗生素药物共有9种。[结论]山东省临沂市部分地区的奶山羊场中存在大肠杆菌的耐药性问题,为了保障当地奶山羊养殖业的发展和山羊乳制品的质量安全,需要采取相应的预防和控制措施。 [Objective]The aim was to isolate and identify Escherichia coli from feces and tissues of sick goats in dairy goat farms in some areas of Linyi City,Shandong Province,and analyze its drug resistance.[Method]Sixtyeight samples of sick dairy goats were collected,including feces,blood,liver and spleen tissues,serous fibrous exudates in thoracic cavity and pericardial cavity,and sent to the laboratory for diagnosis.After pretreatment,Escherichia coli was successfully isolated by separation medium and biochemical identification method.[Results]In the drug sensitivity test,it was found that Escherichia coli showed high resistance to penicillin,streptomycin,azithromycin,clindamycin,gentamicin,levofloxacin and midecamycin,while it was sensitive to cefazolin,cefradine,ceftazidime and cefoperazone.The analysis of bacterial multidrug resistance showed that there were 9 kinds of antibiotics with drug resistance rate over 60%.[Conclusion]The drug resistance of Escherichia coli exists in dairy goat farms in some areas of Linyi City,Shandong Province.In order to ensure the development of local dairy goat breeding industry and the quality and safety of goat dairy products,corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken.
