全面生产维护在乳品设备管理上的应用

Application of Total Productive Maintenance in Dairy Equipment Management

乳品设备的运行状态关乎乳品的质量安全与生产效率,是生产设备部门日常高度重视和严格监控的重点。保持设备良好运行状态的关键在于维护保养工作,这需要系统地、全面地、多元地进行设备管理优化。针对乳品设备管理上存在的全员参与度不高、沟通不足的问题,本文参考全面生产维护(TPM)理念,简单阐述TPM在乳品设备管理中的应用实践,从生产部门顶层设计的角度构建设备的管理架构,推进各类维护保养,以及TPM体系日常运行与监控,从而提升设备效率,保障产品的质量和供应。

The operation state of dairy equipment is related to the production efficiency and quality safety of dairy products,which must be paid more attention to and strictly monitored by the production and equipment department.The key to keep good status of dairy equipment is the maintenance work,which requires a systematic,comprehensive and diversified approach to equipment management.For the problems of low participation and insufficient communication of all staff in dairy equipment management,this paper briefly described the application practice of TPM in dairy equipment management according to the concept of total productive maintenance.It built the management structure of equipment from the perspective of top-level design of the production department,promoted all kinds of maintenance,as well as the daily operation and monitoring of the TPM system,so as to improve the efficiency of the equipment and guarantee the quality and supply of products.
