摘要
国际消费中心城市在集聚全球消费资源、引领全球消费时尚、吸引全球消费群体、提升国际影响力方面作用明显。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析了消费驱动杭州建设国际消费中心城市的主要掣肘:区位交通优势的消费力转化力不足,国际化程度不高,境外消费吸引力欠佳,数字化改革和多产业融合亟待加强,体育产业转型升级步伐缓慢等。并提出了用体育消费驱动的对策:加大公共体育服务力度,统筹配置资源;推进行业跨界融合,拓展“体育+”消费新业态;提升“智能亚运”效能,搭建体育消费多元化载体;提前布局亚运场馆的赛后利用,打造体育综合体、体育公园等消费新空间;发挥亚运综合带动效用,以体育消费引领体育产业可持续发展;大力推动新型体育消费模式,激发体育产业发展新活力。
International consumption center cities play a significant role in gathering global consumption resources,leading global consumption fashion,attracting global consumer groups,and enhancing international influence.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,the main constraints driving Hangzhou's construction of an international consumption center city driven by consumption were analyzed:insufficient conversion of consumption power due to location and transportation advantages,low internationalization level,poor attractiveness of overseas consumption,urgent need to strengthen digital reform and multi industry integration,and slow pace of transformation and upgrading of the sports industry.And proposed strategies are driven by sports consumption:increasing public sports services and coordinating the allocation of resources;Promoting cross-border integration of industries and expanding new forms of"sports+"consumption;Enhance the efficiency of the"Intelligent Asian Games"and building a diversified carrier of sports consumption;Pre layout the post competition utilization of the Asian Games venues and create new consumption spaces such as sports complexes and sports parks;Give full play to the comprehensive driving effect of the Asian Games,and lead the sustainable development of the sports industry with sports consumption;Vigorously promote new sports consumption models and stimulate new vitality in the development of the sports industry.
