气相色谱-串联质谱法测定牙胶玩具中20种风险物质

摘要 本文基于超声提取/固相萃取-气相色谱-串联质谱,建立了牙胶玩具中20种风险物质的残留量和迁移量测定方法。首先对20种物质的色谱质谱条件进行了优化,然后分别对残留量的超声提取条件和迁移量测定的固相萃取条件进行了优化,并将其应用于市售59件牙胶样品的检测。结果显示,残留量和迁移量测定方法对于不同物质的定量限(LOQ)分别在0.01~2.00 mg/kg和0.5~100.0μg/L之间,具有较高的灵敏度。残留量和迁移量测定方法的低、中、高3个添加水平的平均回收率分别在80.5%~104.1%和86.9%~100.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别在1.4%~9.9%和0.2%~8.6%之间。最后,59件样品中分别有15种物质残留量检出和12种物质迁移量检出。该方法准确、灵敏,适用于牙胶玩具中风险物质的残留量和迁移量检测。 A method was developed for the determination of residual and migration amount of 20 risk substances in teether toys using ultrasonic extraction/solid phase extraction(SPE)with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Firstly,the conditions of gas chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry for 20 substances were optimized,and then the conditions of ultrasonic extraction for residual determination and solid phase extraction for migration determination were optimized respectively.It was applied to determination of residual and migration amount of 20 risk substances in 59 samples.The results showed that the LOQ of residue and migration was between 0.04-2.00 mg/kg and 0.5-100μg/L,respectively,which had high sensitivity.The average recoveries of low,medium and high levels of residue and migration were 80.5%-104.1%and 86.9%-100.5%,respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was between 1.4%-9.9%and 0.2%-8.6%,respectively.Finally,residues of 15 substances and migrations of 12 substances were detected respectively in 59 samples.The method is accurate,sensitive and suitable for the determination of residual and migration amount of risk substances in teether toys.
