青年科技人才研究的现状、框架与展望

Current Situation,Framework and Prospect of Research on Young Scientific and Technological Talents

青年科技人才是科技创新的生力军,也是未来科技人才队伍的中坚力量。强化青年科技人才培育是当前政策创新重点和理论研究热点。通过对现有文献分析可以发现,当前研究主要包括青年科技人才的范畴、青年科技人才成长和培育的规律、我国青年科技人才培育存在的主要问题和需求、世界人才强国青年科技人才培育的经验、青年科技人才培育的对策研究等内容,已经形成了基本的研究框架,为青年科技人才培育的创新提供了参考与启示,但也存在一定的不足。未来的研究应进一步深化对青年科技人才概念、青年科技人才分层分类的探讨,加强青年科技人才成长规律和创新规律研究,将青年科技人才放在国家战略人才力量培育的主线中,突出政策研究的战略需求导向、现实问题导向和目标导向。

Young scientific and technological talents are the driving force for scientific and technological innovation and the backbone of the future scientific and technological talent team.Strengthening the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents is currently a key focus of policy innovation and a hot topic of theoretical research.Through existing literature analysis,studies mainly include the category of young scientific and technological talents,the laws of growth and cultivation of young scientific and technological talents,the main problems and needs in the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents in China,the experience of cultivating young scientific and technological talents in countries with strong talent power,and research on strategies for cultivating young scientific and technological talents.The current research on young scientific and technological talents has formed a basic research framework and provided reference and inspiration for innovation in cultivating young scientific and technological talents.However,there are also certain shortcomings.Future research should further deepen the exploration on the concept and hierarchical classification of young scientific and technological talents,strengthen the research on the growth and innovation laws of young scientific and technological talents,place young scientific and technological talents in the main line of national strategic talent cultivation,and highlight the strategic demand orientation,practical problem orientation and goal orientation of policy research.
