江西省新余市养老机构老年高血压患者服药依从性影响因素研究

Exploring the Influencing Factors of Medication Adherence among Elderly Hypertensive Patients in Elderly Care Institutions from Xinyu City in the Jiangxi Province

目的探究江西省新余市养老机构老年高血压患者服药依从性现状及其影响因素。方法于2018年12月-2019年12月,采用分层随机抽样法选取江西省新余市养老机构的老年高血压患者为研究调查对象,收集有效问卷171份,应用Logistic回归模型分析影响服药依从性的因素。结果多因素Logistic回归模型显示,原居住在城镇的居民较居住在农村的居民服药依从性好(OR=2.88,95%CI:1.07~7.74,P=0.036);文盲患者的服药依从性比具有大专及本科以上学历的患者差(OR=0.14,95%CI:0.03~0.79,P=0.027)。结论江西省新余市养老机构老年高血压患者服药依从性较低,养老机构应定期针对性对农村、文化程度较低患者开展高血压防治知识宣讲,提高其服药依从性。

Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of medication compliance among elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions in Xinyu city,Jiangxi province.Methods Elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions were selected as the study population using stratified random sampling method between December 2018 and December 2019.And 171 valid questionnaires were collected.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting medication adherence.Results The multivariate logistic regression model showed that patients living in urban areas had higher medication adherence than those living in rural areas(OR=2.88,95%CI:1.07-7.74,P=0.036).The medication compliance of illiterate patients was worse than the patients with college education or above(OR=0.14,95%CI:0.03-0.79,P=0.027).Conclusion Elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions in Xinyu city,Jiangxi province have low medication compliance.Elderly care institutions should conduct targeted education about the prevention and treatment of hypertension for the rural and lesse-ducated elderly patients in order to improve their medication compliance.
