地级市三级医院科研质量评价研究

Quality Evaluation of Scientific Research in Tertiary General Hospital of Prefecture-level Cities

目的评价地级市三级医院医护人员科研论文质量及该类医院科研工作存在的问题,为完善相关政策提供参考。方法采用访谈法,分别于2020年12月和2022年4月,对26名医护、管理人员及高校教师进行三轮访谈,收集访谈对象对医院科研工作的意见和评价;采用文献研究,对广东省、湖北省和江苏省的3家三级甲等医院9个专科发表的论文质量进行评价。结果地级市三级医院科研工作存在粗放式管理问题,片面强调基础研究,忽视了临床研究,医护人员发表的论文质量较低。结论地级市三级医院医护人员的科研论文质量有待提高,医院科研管理工作精细化程度需要提升,应采用科学指标评价医护人员临床能力,分层分级开展科研工作,促进临床研究和临床工作有机结合,提高科研产出质量。

Objective To evaluate the quality of scientific research papers of medical staff in tertiary general hospitals of prefecture-level cities and the existing problems in scientific research work of such hospitals,so as to provide reference for improving relevant policies.Methods From December 2020 to April 2022,three rounds of interviews were conducted with 26 medical staff,management staff and university teachers to collect the opinions and evaluations of the interviewees on the scientific research work of the hospital.The quality of papers published by 9 specialties in 3 grade A hospitals in Guangdong province,Hubei province and Jiangsu province was evaluated by literature study.Results There were extensive management problems in the scientific research of prefectural city tertiary hospitals,which unilaterally emphasize basic research and neglect clinical research,and the quality of papers published by medical staff were low.Conclusion The quality of scientific research papers published by medical staff in tertiary general hospitals of prefecture-level cities needs to be improved,and the degree of refinement of hospital scientific research management should be strengthened.Scientific indicators should be adopted to evaluate the clinical ability of medical staff.Scientific research work should be carried out at different levels to promote the organic combination of clinical research and clinical work,and the quality of scientific research output should be improved.
