基于TCL语言的FPGA源代码静态自动测试系统研究

摘要 TCL语言是一种被EDA工具广泛支持的脚本语言,通常作为EDA工具的shell使用,在第三方测试工具中也能够较好地支持。文章结合常见EDA工具和Mentor HDL Designer测试工具,研究分析了测试工具的测试原理和TCL语言构建测试脚本的关键技术,并在此基础上设计了FPGA源代码静态自动测试系统。系统主要由测试工具初始化、TCL测试脚本执行和测试报告处理等组成。针对提出的系统给出了具体的测试环境搭建方案、测试方法及测试项目。最终测试结果表明,提出的系统完全达到了设计的预期效果,具有高效、灵活、稳定、自动化的特点。 TCL language is a script language widely supported by EDA tools.It is usually used as a shell of EDA tools and can be well supported in the third-party testing tools.Combined with common EDA tools and Mentor HDL Designer test tools,this paper studies and analyzes the test principle of the test tool and the key technology of constructing test script with TCL language.On this basis,a static automatic test system for FPGA source code is designed.The system is mainly composed of test tool initialization,TCL test script execution and test report processing.For the system,the specific test environment construction scheme,test methods and test items are given.The final test results show that the system fully achieves the expected effect of the design,and has the characteristics of high efficiency,flexibility,stability and automation.
