摘要
为了实现配电网优化调度,降低运行成本,改善配电网电能质量,设计一种配电网分布式目标优化调度方法。在跨区域协同指挥的条件下,依据一定的分区原则与实际情况,进行配电网的分区处理,制定各种分区的对应目标函数;制定支路潮流、节点电压、储能装置、激励负荷、可中断负荷、可中断负荷无功约束与有功方面的约束条件,利用交替方向乘子法进行目标函数的求解,实现分布式配电网目标优化调度。算例分析结果表明,该方法能够根据负荷变化,合理调度,达到了良好的储能优化效果,对于配电网运行成本与电能质量的改善有着积极的意义。
In order to realize the optimal dispatching of distribution network,reduce the operation cost and improve the power quality of distribution network,a distributed objective optimal dispatching method of distribution network is designed under the cross regional collaborative command.According to certain zoning principles and actual conditions,we divide the distribution network and formulate the corresponding objective functions of various partitions,formulate the constraints including branch power flow,node voltage,energy storage device,excitation load,interruptible load,interruptible load,reactive power constraint and active power constraint,and use the alternating direction multiplier method to solve the objective function to realize the objective optimal dispatching of distributed distribution network.The results of example analysis show that this method can dispatch reasonably according to the load change,achieve a good effect of energy storage optimization,and has positive significance for the improvement of distribution network operation cost and power quality.
