基于5G技术的配电网差动保护状态全面感知模型 被引量:1

摘要 针对配电网在差动保护状态下难以全面感知电网状态的问题,提出基于5G技术的配电网差动保护状态全面感知模型。将主站数据经过完全隔离区隔离后,经由5G无线通信网传送至基站;采用MEC的数据分流功能,将电力业务从基站或城域网,实行分流至电力通信专网,对数据实行处理后经由MEC返回保护设备并执行保护动作;采用乒乓对时法结合采样时刻调整法,对数据进行精确同步,完成配电网差动保护状态感知。实验结果表明该模型可有效完成配电网差动保护状态全面感知,数据处理速度较快,完成297 GB数据分流仅需5 s,平均延时为0.18 s,信道利用率均在95%,具有一定优势。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to fully perceive the state of distribution network under the condition of differential protection,a comprehensive state perception model of distribution network differential protection based on 5G technology is proposed.The data of the master station are isolated through the complete isolation area,and then transmitted to the base station through 5G network.The data diversion function of MEC is used to divert the power business from the base station or man to the power communication special network,and the data are processed and returned to the protection equipment through MEC to perform the protection action.The ping-pong timing method combined with the sampling time adjustment method is used to accurately synchronize the data.Finally,the state sensing of differential protection in distribution network is completed.The experimental results show that the model can effectively realize the overall sensing of the differential protection status of distribution network,and the data processing speed is fast.It takes only 5 s to complete the 297 GB data shunting,with an average delay of o.18 s and a channel utilization rate of 95%,which has certain advantages.
