外来务工人员精神共富与文化适应——以N市H区为例

Spiritual Co-prosperity and Cultural Adaptation of Migrant Workers——Taking H District of N City as an Example

为切实摸清外来务工人员的精神生活状况与“客居”城市的文化适应程度,课题组选择浙江省宁波市海曙区进行了调研。结果显示:该区外来务工人员整体得分为69.61分。其短板主要表现为文化休闲生活相对单一,参与文化享受与文化消费的意愿低;文化程度相对较低,科学文化素养需要提升;人生目标不明确,缺乏职业规划意识和能力等。这说明该群体的文化适应性尚处于中等水平,“临时工”思想还比较“顽固”。对此,课题组提出打造休闲生活圈、优化公共文化供给、着力提升文化休闲参与度和文化适应能力等若干对策建议,形成政府、企业、社会组织、高校、社区多方合力,充分释放群体的内在文化潜能,有效提升外来务工人员的精神富有和文化适应水平。

In order to find out the mental life status of migrant workers and the degree of cultural adaptation of"guest"cities,the research team selected Haishu District,Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province,for research.The results show that the overall score of migrant workers in this district is 69.61 points.The main weakness is that cultural and leisure life is relatively simple,and the willingness to participate in cultural enjoyment and consumption is low;the cultural level is relatively low,and scientific and cultural literacy needs to be improved;the unclear life goals,lack of career planning awareness and ability,indicate that the cultural adaptability of this group is still at a moderate level,and the"temporary worker"mentality is still relatively"stubborn".In response,several countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,such as creating a leisure life circle,optimizing public cultural supply,and focusing on improving cultural and leisure participation and adaptability.It requires the cooperation of the government,enterprises,social organizations,universities,and communities to fully unleash the inherent cultural potential of the group,and effectively improve the spiritual richness and cultural adaptation level of migrant workers.
