摘要
经过试验研究,在一定钢纤维体积率下,钢纤维混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度随着水胶比的降低而增大;钢纤维体积率在0~1.5%范围内,混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度随钢纤维体积率的增加而增大,成一定线性关系;当胶凝材料总量为480 kg/m 3时,混凝土抗压强度随钢纤维体积率(0~1.5%)的增加略有提高,但幅度不大。
Experimental research shows,under certain volume fraction of steel fibers,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete increased with the decrease of water cement ratio.The splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete increase linearly with the increase of steel fiber volume fraction within the range of 0~1.5%.When the total amount of cementitious materials is 480 kg/m 3,the compressive strength of concrete slightly increases with the increase of steel fiber volume fraction(0~1.5%),but the amplitude is not significant.
