模块化建筑碳排放的研究与应用

摘要 模块化建筑是工业化程度较高的建筑形式。基于生命周期评价(LCA)理论,建立了模块化建筑生命周期碳排放核算方法。选取模块化钢结构集装箱建筑和近零能耗模块化钢结构集装箱建筑,对其生命周期碳排放进行了定量测算和对比分析。分析了模块化建筑的优势与劣势,提出了模块化建筑的减碳方案,研究结果对模块化建筑的推广应用提供参考。 Modular architecture is a highly industrialized architectural form.Based on the life cycle assessment(LCA)theory,a life cycle carbon emission accounting method for modular buildings was established.The life cycle carbon emissions of modular steel container architecture and near zero energy consumption modular steel container architecture were quantitatively calculated and compared.This paper analyzed and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of modular architecture,and put forward the carbon reduction scheme of modular architecture.The research results provided reference for the popularization and application of modular architecture.
