摘要
针对中国铁建高新装备股份有限公司的大型养路机械牵引梁设计不合理的问题,使用ANSYS软件进行了多次计算分析,最终为已有车型改造提供了3种改造方案,为新车型提供了更为合理的结构设计,以保证试验车架能够顺利通过车架静强度试验。
The unreasonable design of traction beam of large railway maintenance machinery of CRCCE is studied.Multiple calculations and analyses were done by ANSYS software.Finally,three options are provided for the reinforcement of existing frames,a reasonable structural design for the new frames is provided,which ensure that the test frame can pass the static strength testof the frame.
