内蒙古肉牛种业发展现状、制约瓶颈及优化建议

Development Status,Existing Bottleneck and Optimization Suggestions of Beef Cattle Breeding Industry in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古依托区位、资源、技术和养殖等基础优势,已发展成为我国牛肉产品的主要供给省份。肉牛种业能够从源头上影响肉牛产业的可持续发展,其整体发展态势关系到内蒙古乃至全国肉牛产业供给侧结构性改革的成败。内蒙古肉牛种业在取得持续快速发展的同时也暴露出一些制约其高质量发展的瓶颈问题,如财政支持供需错位、新品种培育和品种改良创新难度大、肉牛种业企业发展不充分不平衡、肉牛良种技术推广效果不理想等。应对肉牛种业发展的内外部环境进行相应调整和优化,不断深化内蒙古肉牛种业供给侧结构性改革,多措并举,推进肉牛种业高质量发展。

Relying on the basic advantages of location,resources,technology and breeding,Inner Mongolia has developed into the main supply province of beef cattle products.The beef cattle breeding industry can affect the sustainable development of the beef cattle industry from the source,and its overall development situation is related to the success or failure of the supply-side structural reform of the beef cattle industry in Inner Mongolia and even the whole country.While the beef cattle breeding industry in Inner Mongolia has achieved sustained and rapid development,some bottleneck problems restricting its high-quality development have been exposed,such as the dislocation of supply and demand of government financial support,the difficulty of new variety breeding and variety improvement innovation,the inadequate and unbalanced development of beef cattle breeding enterprises,and the unsatisfactory promotion effect of beef cattle improved breeding technology.The internal and external environment for the development of beef cattle breeding industry should be adjusted and optimized accordingly,and the supply-side structural reform of the beef cattle breeding industry in Inner Mongolia should be continuously deepened,and multiple measures should be taken to promote the high-quality development of the beef cattle breeding industry.
