棒材定尺机移动装置的改造实践

Reform Practice of Moving Device of Bar Sizing Machine

本文对三钢二棒生产线定尺机在生产中存在的定尺小车锁不紧、定尺精度不准、移动操作困难等问题进行分析,通过实际考察和相关计算,对现有定尺机的移动装置进行重新设计和改造,通过改造使得轧件定尺率稳定性得到提升,设备故障显著减少,并大幅度的降低定尺机的维护工作量。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the production of the sizing machine in the two bar production line of No.3 Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,such as the locking of the sizing car is not tight,the sizing accuracy is not accurate,and the moving operation is difficult.Through practical investigation and relevant calculations,the mobile device of the existing sizing machine is redesigned and transformed.Through the transformation,the stability of the sizing rate of rolled pieces is improved,the equipment failure is significantly reduced,and the maintenance workload of the sizing machine is greatly reduced.
