摘要
传统的钢铁制造型国有企业向绿色化、数字化转型,人才的支撑是关键。本文以福建三钢集团公司为例,研究在企业转型升级的过程中,如何构建好管理、技术、技能三支人才队伍,完善人才职业发展通道、搭建人才培养平台、强化薪酬分配激励导向,切实提高人才在企业中的地位和待遇,充分发挥人才的主动性、积极性,为企业的多元化发展提供强有力的人才保障。
The support of talents is the key to the green and Digital transformation of traditional steel manufacturing state-owned enterprises.This article takes Fujian Sansteel Group Company as an example to study how to build a good management,technology,and skills talent team during the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading,improve talent career development channels,build talent training platforms,strengthen salary distribution and incentive guidance,effectively improve the position and treatment of talents in the enterprise,fully leverage the initiative and enthusiasm of talents,and provide strong talent protection for the diversified development of the enterprise.
