现阶段,我国装配式建筑发展迅速,但是仍存在很多问题,文章从我国装配式建筑发展现状出发,围绕管理体系、技术体系、装配式装修、信息化技术等方面,分析了我国装配式建筑发展的影响因素,并且针对性地提出相应的对策和建议,为从业人员和相关部门提供参考。

At this stage,prefabricated buildings are developing rapidly in China,but there are still many problems.This paper started with the current development of prefabricated buildings,and analyzed factors influencing the development of prefabricated buildings in China in terms of management systems,technical systems,prefabricated decoration,information technology,etc.Moreover,targeted countermeasures and suggestions were presented for industry participants and relevant departments to refer to.
